      work will be challenging and also will get exposure on latest technologies

      Cons

      Top level management of HVAR (fully biased and control will be there with 2 or 3 people and if they involve in any project directly then they will ruin the project).

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
