      Great staff, great supervision. Team approach throughout levels of organization. Extensive knowledge of product and end client.

      Cons

      More research labs would always be welcomed. However, the talented lab technicians and everyone's flexibility made product testing non-stop.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
