Awful experience for employees. Management cut bonuses - guaranteed comp based off company performance. This company made $20B last year and found a way to take advantage of their work force. Things are so tight - all discretionary spending has been cut. We couldn’t even have a Holiday Party last year. All raises and promotions have been suspended for the year. If evaluating between Carrier and another company - choose the other. Maybe they won’t lie to you.
