      Pros

      Pay in line with other support services. Decent holiday entitlement.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Little notice of rota. Constantly contacting you on days off and pressure to cover extra shifts/change shifts with hours notice. Large staff turnover. Managers take no responsibility for low staff morale. Managers always looking to blame staff for everything. Not supportive of staff at all.

      Company had some funding to do some great projects

      People management was really poor Mental health of colleagues impacted by poor management High staff turnover Office in old school and you sit in desks facing the manager at the front - literally like a classroom

      Very straightforward ,convenient and reliable If you work Boxing Day it’s double pay / new years too !
