      stable employment and predictable days

      Cons

      they bought the company I worked for and changed everything. The reason I was so excited to work there is now gone. They also don't allow employees to take 1/2 days and use PTO it's 8 hours or nothing.

      Poor management at the time Has a very high school culture with employees Work life balance is awful They will fire you off of the smallest things or rumors Communication is awful
