They will give you a lot of maintenance hours for the month then complain when you book all the hours trying to get it done Management is now trying to get everyone to do 40 hours a week then will complain when the work isn’t getting done (ex. 200 hours of pm in one month plus service calls and repairs and they complain when things run into the next month but don’t want you booking all the hours) Not what it used to be, they will walk you out the door if you defy them, this has been told to many techs There is NO MORAL here No career growth
