Pros
I felt that working at Carillon Green was a great learning experience. This company is family-owned with a small group of employees. There are many opportunities to gain real world experience and knowledge that one would otherwise not have the opportunity to get. Due to the company being smaller, there is also a greater self-motivation to make sure to stay on task and complete the necessary work. This is a very productive environment where everyone is expected to do their work. The pay is better than majority would get at 1. A start-up and 2. in an entry-level position. I would highly recommend working here because the better you do, the more responsibility you receive and the more experience you gain. The company is also growing so there is an opportunity to increase your portfolio, your experience and your income. The company makes sure to work with each employee to accommodate their personal situation.
Cons
They have high standards for each and everyone of their employees. The expectation is to get work done, and get it done well. Some may view this as a con, however, this is the same as a large corporation. In a significantly larger organization, if one is not completing their work, they will be fired immediately without any reason. At Carillon Green, they try their hardest to give feedback in order for you to learn from your mistakes and change in order to get better. So as long as people are getting their work done, the managers will take care of their employees as well as they can.
