Pros
-Good benefits, but there is a 6 month grace period before they are effective. -The staff is usually laid back. -You can makes tips which increases hourly wage!
Cons
-Poor upper management -Corporate isn't in it for the company, they are in it for the money. -Bad communicating. -Bad ingredients. -Always trying to keep up with starbucks, causing quick promotions and chaos.
