Pros
Cargill is a big company with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. PTO is 15 days + 2 floating holidays, you can roll over up yo 5 days every year.
Cons
The company keeps on saying that they are flexible but in reality it depends on the office and the manager. I also feel like the company does not do enough to allow some flexibility for pregnant women and new mothers. I had the worst experience at Cargill dealing with a manager who wanted to micromanage us, and displays a high level of favoritism and nepotism in the work place. Also the pay is extremely low compared to other companies. I think cargill pays people less because of their brand but most people don’t care, we just need to pay our bills, especially with this economy. Gas prices are going up, why are you asking people to go back into the office while you’re underpaying them?
