Account Manager - Account Manager Caretower Employee Review

Fun working environment, no office politics to deal with, management have an open door policy and I always feel like my opinions count. No micro management and you have the ability to own your role. Feel like you are part of a family. I have been working at Caretower for a while now and can honestly say I am surprised at some of the negative reviews that I have read here. I have not experienced any of the negatives things that have been posted and feel that if someone was that unhappy there are many opportunities to be able to voice dissatisfaction i.e. performance reviews or at exit interview.

Air con could be regulated better to make for comfortable temperature. More company social events would be nice.

I currently work for Caretower and after reading some of these comments felt compelled to write a review to put my views forward. I have been am employee for a number of years and have found nothing but positive things about working here. The environment here is fun, inclusive and one where you feel you are part of a bigger picture. Everyone here works hard and looks out for each other. The management are very supportive of career development and if you show initiative and willing allow you to take your role in the direction you want. As business owners, management at times have to make difficult decisions that will not always be popular with everyone but this does not make them bad managers. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working for Caretower and feel valued and respected. Not everyone will be a fit for the environment here or be suitable for the way the company operates but again this does not mean its managements fault. The same can be said for most companies and I am sure there are disgruntled employees in all companies. Employees who leave extremely negative reviews which are neither constructive nor respectful are employees who were likely not a fit for the company. I for one am proud to work for Caretower and the number of employees who have many years’ service here would suggest I am not the only one
