They will lie about the reasons you were let go but give other employees chances. Favoritism is through the roof. They do not take responsibility as a company for their lack of caregivers. You can ask for help and let them know you need assistance but they will fall short on assistance. They will not train you properly and you will need to take responsibility for the mistakes you make due to lack of training.
