Good company - Home Health Aide Caresphere Employee Review

I recently met a women who works for your company. This review is based on my interaction with her. She's beautiful, absolutely perfect for her job requirements as she fulfills every necessary skill and quality that creates a great home health aide.

None yet. I heard through there grapevine that experienced Aides are only paid approx 9.00$? I believe AND am unsure as to why this company doesn't show, employees such as the women mentioned above, more appreciation to its' employees. Why would an employees with no experience (entry level, etc) be paid the same amount as an employee who had 10 plus years experience and whom has worked hard all ten of those years to be rewarded with an hourly pay that equals their entry-level CO worker? Now, I don't know the validity of this issue but I call tell you I've heard it from more than 2 of the companies most dedicated Aides, whom, because of their loyalty and integrity for the company, are still working with Caresphere to those day.

Client advocated for me to get $15/hr. Great training.

Base pay was $14/hr, different than what client was initially told.
