you would think from the pros that it's a good place to work, but there are many problems and in the end it becomes quite stressful. in the last 8 months they made lots of job cuts, and that is after they said that they want to eliminate the 'bottom 10 percent of performers' . i think they are influenced quite easily by these big ideas they read, but it is not nice to make people feel like theyy are underperforming - when actually such environment does not work for everyone - in fact some people respond better to nice incentives rather than threats.
there were good people who didn't get recognition for working hard - because of the flat structure the people who shouted the loudest got noticed - it's a shame when talent leaves the company due to a lack of recognition or not getting shown any appreciation and general problems in management
