Pros
The mission of this company is amazing! This is a great program for those who otherwise might fall through the cracks. Loved working out in the community and with young adults and their families.
Cons
This is a sales job. It is not advertised as such. After a year with the company it was made clear that continued employment is based on making sales goals that are unrealistic and not under the control of the admissions counselor. Turnover is rampant. In the 16 months employed we lost 6 counselors and there are only 4 positions- draw your own conclusions.
