      Pros

      For call center reps looking for a quick paycheck, these guys will hire anyone.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized, tons of nepotism, leadership lacks integrity. This company makes its money off of being predatory towards employees. The less they can give you in incentives, benefits, wages etc. the more they make. The CEO is one of the most rude and racist people I have ever met and refers to the employees as if they are beneath him behind closed doors. Leadership here will repeatedly tell you want you want to hear but never deliver and when called out they just don't care. Terrible place to work.

      The time on a helpdesk is short but the experience is amazing!

      Pros

      Decent enough insurance if you can afford to pay for it Vacation hours can be accrued after your first year Fast paced environment Opportunities for learning new things Possibility of advancement

      No offer of sick time or holiday pay Advancement is tricky at best Recognition in this job is practically unheard of Raises are not offered and can usually only be obtained if you are willing to fight for it Base rate may be better than minimum wage, but not by much Hard work is used, abused, and unrewarded Think of being in High School again or having not ever left
