For call center reps looking for a quick paycheck, these guys will hire anyone.
Cons
Extremely disorganized, tons of nepotism, leadership lacks integrity. This company makes its money off of being predatory towards employees. The less they can give you in incentives, benefits, wages etc. the more they make. The CEO is one of the most rude and racist people I have ever met and refers to the employees as if they are beneath him behind closed doors. Leadership here will repeatedly tell you want you want to hear but never deliver and when called out they just don't care. Terrible place to work.
