Pros
When I first started to work for CareYourWay, I had only worked in care for 6 months, I knew that I wanted to continue working in care but I wanted to take more of an administration role and this led me to work for CareYourWay. Throughout my time working for CareYourWay, I have learnt so much and I have had so much support from all of our Directors, which has given me a wealth of knowledge and allowed me to continue my growth within the company. When I have any problems or issues either at work or at home, I am very supported, they care and help in anyway that they can. I love that it is family run as they make you feel like you are also part of their family. I am always encouraged to continue my development by completing courses and training. I look forward to my continued journey with CareYourWay and being part of their journey to provide outstanding care nationwide.
