      You get to set your on schedule and daily pay.

      Cons

      Startup pay was $18, which makes me feel some type of way when you have others with no educational reqirement for they're jobs who are matching you in pay and you had to go through school and state boards to get this job.

      They have endless possibilities for keeping you working. Instant pay or weekly direct deposit. Caring and understanding support for field nurses. Open door policy with solution being goal.

      Cons

      No mileage reimbursement, can have clients on opposite sides of the city and different pay scales for different cases.
