I think when you first apply the pat information is misleading it says $40k-$52k/year but the base pay is $18.30/hr it isn’t based off experience they are factoring in incentive that you aren’t eligible for until you are out of training and nesting
Also they didn’t take my ada form seriously I got it filled out and signed by my doctor as I was told to do by hr and literally they didn’t do anything which made my mental health much worse than it would’ve been if they would’ve helped. Also during training one of the trainers (Chelsea) mic was muted and she was trash talking and cursing about the employee in the training class and she mentioned how it was one trainee who was the topic was the only one who knew how to do the f-ing job it was ridiculous and humiliating for the rest of the training class because now we feel bad because we just heard you say this
