      Pros

      For the most part it is a stable place to work. Choice of working remotely or on-site.

      Cons

      Too many COTS. Even though moved to cloud, company still uses on-prem COTS on VMs, rather than a cloud architecture. Management doesn’t really empower engineers. They make all the outdated decisions from 20 years back.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
