John Driscoll is an amazing leader. He trieds to create a positive company culture and cares about his employees. Amazing upper management leadership. Lower management is even more amazing and supportive to employees. Good bonuses and pay rates. You feel that the company really cares about you.
Cons
Middle Management does not follow the vision of our company culture and no one does anything about it. They are constantly negative and vindictive. Moral is extremely low and people are afraid to say anything because they see nothing ever changing with middle management and they feel powerless to change or even let upper management know what is really going on. Work life balance is great unless middle Management gets wind of any flexibility that your immediate supervisor gives you. Constant, unrelenting negativity from middle management that literally makes you want to run and hide when you see them coming.
