Pros
Over the past year the leadership teams have been making great strides to support the employees and create a positive work environment. Paid parking. Good time off benefits. Good reward and incentive programs.
Cons
Need to allow call centers to overstaff slightly to balance natural attrition so the teams are not feeling the impact of understaffing every 6 months. This only causes high utilization aka burnout of your front line staff which leads to more attrition.
