Pros
a paycheck, because we all need one.
Cons
poor training, poor benefits, lost leadership, profits before people, disliked within the industry, numbers driven, pay is under market value (ten to twenty percent), top heavy and no ethics. other than that its a great place to work. they do give a lot of pto time but you will never be able to use it due to high turnover and not hiring enough employees to maintain the workload. treat people like property and the out of touch execs might as well live on the planet Mars. worst attendance policy I have ever seen. they do not pay their providers so finding medical services ordered for people in their hour of need gets more difficult everyday (hence the profits before people entry) leaving them to fend for themselves. they have a large number of people working hard to find ways to avoid paying fines for under delivering on their own promises. if you are a caring person that wants to help people avoid this place. it will be made clear to you in no time that that is not what you are there for. micro management is an understatement. the morale is the lowest I've seen in all my years in the workforce and the environment is oppressive and highly stressful. so much more you can't cover it all. had to give 1 star because it won't let you give a zero. you have been warned.
