Pros
For a small company, they do have a decent benefits package. It is nice to be able to wear business casual clothing or casual clothing to work. (Jeans are ok.) The customer service manager is clued in to employee issues and really tries to do a good job and take care of those under her. In face, while the customer service employees are paid the least in the company, they are the best cared for.
Cons
There is an attitude of passive aggressiveness that starts from the top management and works its way down the ladder. Decisions are not made from looking at facts and metrics, they are made because one of the management "feels" this is the best way to go. I think the most frustrating thing was, the management often shifted gears on a daily basis based upon how they felt for the day. Also, the top management had their hands in everyone's pot instead of allowing the people they hired to do their job.
