Pros
Geographic spread, some good people though will not keep them given the poor management. Interesting mix of business lines which does add to the flavor of the firm
Cons
Destabilized, disjointed, no shared strategic intent, infighting, no team work and archaic operating practices. Management is disconnected from the reality of the business.
