I am extremely happy I took the jump! Working for Cardinal has allowed me to think outside of the box, focus on personal development and goals, and work towards my career plans.
Cons
Training has been almost nil. You are expected to learn the tasks, acronyms, and be completely immersed relatively quickly. I think more focus on training at the beginning of employment is ideal.
Cardinal Group Companies Response

You make an excellent point about training and the need to be brought up to speed on all the things us old folks at the company take for granted. I'll make sure the L&D team see your open and honest feedback. Until then, thank you so much for the time you put in to leaving the review!!
