Pros

I love the environment here. It makes coming into work less like a chore and more of an opportunity to grow, The people are very welcoming which makes me feel at home in a sense. There is a sense of urgency that keeps me alert about my day and duties.

Cons

Our budget seems very tight and we don't have some of the newer things like a new cart to haul equipment around the complex like I have seen advertised. Some renovations like painting the outside of the complexes would be awesome to show that we care about our place. Quite a bit of the equipment inside the cmplexes are getting to be very old and getti9ng some new equiupment would go a long way. I am sure the residents would love to have newer furniture as well.

Thank you for bringing your best each day and providing us with this feedback. I couldn't agree more about the environment at Cardinal and the opportunity for growth. The Talent team would be a great place to start to discuss tips for growth and how to get to the role you desire in the future. I would encourage you to reach out to them at talent@cardinalgroup.com.

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
