I am glad you were able to build meaningful relationships while you were a Team Member of Cardinal Group Management! We recognize the changing economy and our P&C team is working hard to provide pay bands by position in each State, City, and market to ensure that compensation falls in line with the needs of each of our 2000+ Team Members in each market across the country. The goal is to have the pay bands that reflect today's changing times in front of the clients to have budgets approved by the beginning of the year. Until then, keep using your voice and help us to be the best place to work for anyone anywhere. Thank you for your honest and 5 Star review!

Pros

This company is deeply committed to its culture and consistently lives out its core values. It is a truly inclusive environment that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit—a rare find in today's market. If you are looking for a career defined by growth and genuine opportunity, I highly recommend joining this team.

Cons

No company will check every single box, but it’s ultimately about finding alignment between what you're looking for and what you contribute. At this company, you truly get back everything you put into it; it’s a place that rewards initiative and rewards those who are ready to dive in.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
