Pros

This job taught me work ethic and I was surrounded by like minded people for 9 months working this job. I enjoyed the hard work whether it was dealing with parents on the phone or setting up the office for a fun week of goodies for our residents. Each day I came into work I was excited for what I would learn to do on the job that day and the environment was rather calm and enjoyable and not hostile. There may have been a couple of times management wasn't to par due to the manager having a slight immaturity issue but it was workable and I still enjoyed the job overall, nevertheless.

Cons

Management was sometimes difficult. Younger people are the managers and it can cause pettiness in the workplace which I had noticed.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
