Awesome Management Program - Account Manager Cardinal Executive Group Employee Review

I have been working here for about 6 months. Before I started I had hopped around from a couple jobs not really finding something I could enjoy and see myself doing long term. Once I started I immediately enjoyed the culture and the management team. The team here really believes in helping their people succeed which I found to be pretty rare in all the other companies I had previously been with. I love that my potential here is based on me and it doesn't matter how long I've been here. I'm constantly learning new things and getting better each day. I love the growth that I've had and I know this is a long term spot for me.
