Pros
Some of the people are very nice. Vendors can push through price increases with minimal effort.
Cons
Canadian ownership has no clue how to run business in the US. From benefits, and salary to letting old employees hang around WAY to long, simply because they have worked there for 20 years. The Calgary region is failing and, in my opinion, should have been shut down years ago and saved the company big corporate salaries. They are trying to sell their overpriced office building with no buyers in sight. Regional presidents and the Corporate group get profit sharing. Rest of the employees get nothing, no bonuses, less than inflation raises. Nepotism is present in the Denver office as one family member reports directly to another one. I've heard rumors the ownership doesn't even get along with each other but they won't sell out. They are all set in the "old" ways.
