Pros

- Collaborative Environment: growing company that welcomes and implements suggestions from employees about areas for improvement to the company's methods and workflows - Stimulating Work: dynamic company with many opportunities for new experiences, skills development, and potential advancement through the company & reward structures for high-performers - Fun Culture: despite remote format, there are many opportunities for employees to develop connections in more informal settings, contributing to a positive, friendly, and encouraging work environment - Access to Leadership Support: team structures ensure that each employee has access to leadership for questions, concerns, suggestions, or needs

Cons

- Less Competitive Pay/Benefits, But Incentives Available: Due to the nature of the young company, some may find the pay & benefits to be less competitive compared to more established corporate roles. Incentives are available but may require heavier workloads exceeding the minimum requirements expected for the position. - Be Your Own Advocate for Work/Life Balance: work/life balance is certainly achievable but requires discipline & motivation on the employee's part to create boundaries. The dynamic nature of the company and the work-from-home aspect means there is always more work to do. Be all in, but protect your limits.

Pros

Flexibility and a rare WFH clinical job especially as a clinical exercise physiologist

Cons

Pay is not good, often working overtime without compensation, expectation to overshare and over communicate on work platform. It’s kind of cliquey and oversteps a personal boundary, sometimes the work life balance gets blurred.
