Starting at Carda can be like any job at first: a little overwhelming. Overtime, the flow and balance of the work becomes less compromised.
My experience at Carda Health since day 1 has been nothing short of great! The onboarding process was very smooth and thorough, all of the employee are very welcoming/informative, and the management goes above and beyond to make sure their staff is taken care of. Not only is it a joy working alongside a great clinical staff, but it is very rewarding working with each and every patient you come across.
