You are given freedom at work, no micromanagement at all, which is great for self-oriented employees. The colleagues are respectful and professional, a pleasure to work with. The CEO did a great job to catch up with all deficiencies, caused by the quick growth of the company, improving structures, processes and quality of communication. The CEO believes in his employees and always gives chance for professional development. The salaries are good and paid always timely. Work environment is challenging professionally, management has new cool ideas, so you never will be bored there :)

In some cases lack of clear instructions and procedures, it is being catch up on, but might take some more time, sine the company is still growing.
