      Everyone is friendly in terms of other operators

      Cons

      Shift cycles are ridiculous. Finish work at 7 o'clock in morning and expected to be back in at 3 o clock. Working 6 days a week most weeks. Pay isn't as good as equivalent sites and overtime needs to be worked to make any decent money.

      Great pay and great bonus.

      Cons

      If you're not a farmer you're a nobody. The old timer operators (who have been there 20 odd years) absolutely run the show. Management are afraid of them and will never do anything to set them off

      Carbery is a progressive company. With a strong focus on grass-roots and local support, it is constantly evolving and using STEM to advance and grow, Generally very friendly staff.
