Pros

none. THE CEO MAKES THE MANAGERS GIVE FAKE REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR TO MAKE IT SEEM LEGIT. BEWARE. I get that every company there are bad experiences but this job was a joke. I left with no bad blood but do not want people making the same mistake I did.

Cons

THINGS I WISH PEOPLE TOLD ME: -no HR department -starting salary is a joke ($34K) - long hours and weekends (no OT) -barely any federal holidays off -cold calling all day -you have to send a "daily update" every day which is pointless -you have a system on your computer that tracks how long you are away from your desk -10 days PTO (another joke) -Micromanaging -CEO treats you like a kid and will take your phone if you are on it -no growth -the managers and directors are a joke and are only there bc they couldn't get a job anywhere else and stayed at the company -they hire anyone that can speak english (lots of 19 year olds with no college degree work there) -takes 45 min to get out of the parking lot -hours are 8:30 to 5:30 but if you leave right at 5:30 you get yelled at -your paycheck each month is up to your directors discretion - the CEO makes his money by hiring people at a low ($34K) salary and then making them cold call until they quit within 6 months -highest turnover rate -busy season you have to stay until 10pm all of September and even weekends (again no OT) -treated like a kid - please do not think that I am just one employee that feels this way. 90% of the company quits before a year and these are the reasons. please stay away.

Pros

Position is fully remote, company gives "prizes" out several time a year, ongoing training available.

Cons

Low pay and equally low growth opportunity, raises are almost impossible to get, and every second of the day is monitored by tracking software. The micromanagement is extremely stressful during slow times of the year, If you aren't able to manufacture enough activity on your own, you are likely to be placed on call campaigns just to show activity.
