From the much appreciated lot attendants and detail staff to the awesome service and admin group. The sales/management team counts so much on everyone else to make our jobs a success, and words cannot express how much we count on everyone to be a success. Our sales and finance managers are awesome. The CEO and upper management team know everyone, by name. You can always, without fear, take a manager aside and discuss any issue. The friendly banter between all the departments shows how much we really care about each other, and how this is so much more of a family than just a place to come work. I truly feel blessed being hired here, and have finally found a home where I know that If I want to move up in management, or continue doing the sales job that I love, the continued opportunity is right here at CarSense. The most awesome part of my position is the fact that I can look a customer in the eye, and explain the CarSense philosophy of integrity and desire to make this the very best experience they have ever had while car shopping, and know that every word is backed up by this great company and how we do business. Cons
Employees have complained about the sales training, but I think it's how you look at things and how you learn things. Having been in many training programs over the years,I can honestly say that there is room for improvement here just like most companies. Some say that certain people try to down-train you so that you won't be successful. But I disagree with that thought process. I think the sales staff pushes new sales employees to learn all they can, the CarSense way, because we know it works. And when it works, which means everyone on the staff working well together, we are all successful. Building and keeping a team sharp and motivated is a group effort. And you can always ask someone in your department for help, and they will be there for you. It's a team effort at CarSense, and if you think that your success is only dependent on what you do, and not with the help of others, then this is not the place for you.
