Cons
There has always been a lack of communication between LGMs to Managers and Managers to Associates. The sales managers are are tasked with way too much work to realistically get done aside from also working to make the sales budget. There is no accountability for anyone, and everyone knows it; hence a free for all attitude. This can be a good and bad thing. Problems are never resolved even if brought to management. The training is horrible for every associate in every department. The pay is average. On my 10 year anniversary, 5 of the 70 or so associates that happened to be free gathered in the conference room for cake with my name spelled wrong. Oh and I also received points that transferred into a $300 gift card. Again, for my 10 year anniversary. The hours are long (scheduled 50). Seems even longer when the other managers are not doing what they should be doing. There should never be 1 manager in the building. The sales consultants need to be taught to be more self sufficient instead of relying on the manager to do every little thing,
