Great Co-workers - the employees work hard and make it fun.
Cons
Long hours, no work life balance. Lots of meetings without pay. Micromanaging all your functions. Your conversation with customers on the phone is played on a speakers for everyone to hear and critique instead of management taking the time to do their job of training you properly. Sales Consultant are not really sales people you do appraisals mostly which you don't get paid for unless the customer sells cars to carmax. Most of the time customers don't sell their cars due to low appraisal value. Very high employee turnover. Your job responsibility is a process you are not allowed to think outside the box or give suggestion. If you don't mind being a robot this might be a job for you.
