      - good compensation - flexible working hours - good work/life balance

      Cons

      - lack of communication between teams, but not critical (is typical for any startup) - plans are not always clear, jumping between tasks - releases may be nervous and not well-tested, but not often

      virtual office was good to work from home.

      Pros

      Founders are very empathetic and are great mentors; Small team size - everyone is family; Work gets done by willingness and not by scare tactics (I've experienced it in other cos.); CEO is an amazing guy - easily the best boss I've had throughout my career; Freedom to discuss/oppose others; NO blame game when something goes wrong (again, I've experienced it a lot in other teams and startups)

      Cons

      In the beginning, there were planning issues. But the founders and the company sailed through it with grit.
