Pros
The work/life balance in corporate is great. There's also a lot of great people to work with who actually want the company to succeed. Most department managers are accessible and reasonable to work with.
Cons
There's been no confirmed long-term commitment to retaining the work from home benefit. This has been successful for over 4 years but it's become increasingly questionable if this will continue. Additionally, raises do not seem to reflect how successful the company has actually been over the last few years so pay has become less competitive to similar opportunities in the market. Returning to office could be acceptable if pay became competitive as it used to be in 2019. However, since 2020 this has really fallen behind combined with the fact that most healthcare benefits have progressively gotten more expensive and not improving.
