Pros

CaptiveAire invests in their new employees with multiple training resources including corporate orientation, visits to other sales offices, technical product training, and field service ridealongs. They offer competitive salaries with the opportunity for big earnings with monthly bonuses. CaptiveAire does not remain stagnant by enhancing current products and developing new product lines to bring more value to our customers. I am very happy with my time at CaptiveAire and I look forward to what is in store for the future.

Cons

The construction industry can be rough, there are moments that are stressful. Steep learning curve when starting but if you put in the effort you will receive the reward.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
