Pros
Casual workplace. Flexible work hours. Everybody is very friendly and willing to work together. Get to be innvolved with both the power electronics and mechanical of the turbine engine.
Cons
Very high turn over rate. Each new management always eager to implement new changes to the system. The Standard Procedures change every year or as long as the middle management who implemented change still there to enforced it. Work on holidays 80% of the time.
