Pros

I worked with many great souls here at this company, made some long life friends, moved up in the company fast but more work not enough pay. I will say capstone gave me the BASIC tools to continue my career. Great place to get experience

Cons

Management from higher ups is HORRIBLE, they don't really care much about the employee, raises are small, micro-managed, high turn-over rate, HR DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. No other job I had is so open on political views, had a higher up chant the TRUMP slogan day and night down the hallway, also tried to convince people to vote for him which in my opinion is very UNPROFESIONAL!
