      * got to travel on the road crew *pay was good until my manager switch me from hourly to production

      *micromanagement *production pay is a low ball pay *favoritism

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
