Not a good company to work for.. - Site Operations Manager Capstone Logistics Employee Review

-Company does not care about employees, they actual take money from the workers and never get raises. -They will let you struggle without support until they get phone calls from the warehouse then it's a priority and it's your fault. -As a manager good luck taking your PTO there is always issues. -No holidays off and they are unpaid. -Benefits are expensive for everyone. -Good luck getting the "incentives" mine as well just ask for more salary.
