Illegal acts by director - Warehouse Associate Capstone Logistics Employee Review

I watched the director of this company Will Said violate California law not once but 3 times. He terminated an associate claiming miss treatment of associates yet it was never brought to the associates attention. Then this guy did not even give this guy his final pay checks. Then to top it all off he made the comment that eliminating this guys salary will allign the facility P&L. I have never in my life witnessed such gross violation of the law you can bet I will assist in a EEOC claim and lawsuit.
