It often feels more like a family-run business than a professionally managed organization, where decisions appear to be influenced by internal relationships rather than fairness or professionalism.Promises made to employees were repeatedly not fulfilled, creating unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and financial difficulties. Communication is weak, employee concerns are ignored, and there is very little accountability from the management.
