Pros
At first, everyone was very kind and genuine at the company. I had a positive experience interviewing with them and received a verbal offer over voicemail, text, and some description written out in email, in preparation for a formal written offer.
Cons
I was given the offer on Monday, I counter offered a salary on Tuesday, they said they couldn't meet the counter offer (which is reasonable), so I accepted the original offer Wednesday morning, and ~8 PM that night, they told me they had made the offer to someone else and they had already accepted. They wouldn't explain to me why they had made the offer to multiple people or what exactly happened. If it was something I did (which I don't think so, but I'm not sure), they wouldn't give me any indication of their reasoning.
