Positive experience - Project Designer Caprock Services Employee Review

CapRock is a great small business to work for in the DFW area. From the management to the employees everyone always has the best attitude and outlook when it comes to working in this very entrepreneurial environment. The management team does a great job of maintaining an open door policy. It's easy to come to work every day when you enjoy the people you work with.

The only con is that the office is far from my home. However, if time is every needed away having the ability to work remotely has been a great tool.

CapRock cares as much about the people dimensions of it business, as it does the financial and process dimensions. Perhaps that is why the company not only cares about winning business/clients, but also cares deeply about helping its clients become as successful as possible. Everyone in the company are great listeners and highly committed to team work and personal growth. Its a great place for a person to start his or her career, or step up and take on new responsibilities, and also a great company to do business with.

The only "con" may be an actual strength, based on what a person is looking for in a career. In other words, they value independent judgment and self-motivation, so you are given a great deal of responsibility very quickly and expected to hold yourself accountable for doing great work.
