I was really happy to start and though I'm new i get a ton of support and everyone was very welcoming. I get support on day one and so much room to learn and also do the task how I want to. They also strive to do the right thing and not treat people like numbers but rather to treat them like humans. Not very proactive with finding new contract projects for contractors. Communication needs to be improved regarding HR processes and changes. Tech support was not responsive when technical issues arose.
